What we are doing to protect you and our team.

As of June 1st, we are by appointment only. Everyone must call, text, or schedule an online appointment prior to coming in. This includes exams, follow ups appointments, eyewear repairs or dispensing, and contact lens pickups.

During business hours our doors will remain locked, if you arrive for your scheduled appointment, we will meet you at the entrance door to escort you in. This allows us to control and maintain reduced occupancy, while keeping social distancing in place.

Everyone entering the practice is required to wear a face mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you one, prior to escorting you in. Upon entering your temperature will be taken with a no-touch forehead thermometer, and you will be asked a few questions related to the Covid-19. If your temperature is not elevated and you do not meet high-risk criteria, you will be offered hand sanitizer to use and escorted to the appropriate waiting area.

Currently, we are not allowing additional family members during office visits. The only exceptions are for care givers and anyone under 18 in which a parent or guardian may accompany the child.

We ask that you PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. We are taking great measures to keep the designated schedule on time so we can achieve the desired social distancing and proper disinfection protocols.

As always, we continue to clean during and between each patient, however, cleaning may take a little longer due to the new recommended cleaning methods and products, so we ask for patience and understanding during these times.

OPTICAL, GLASSES & CONTACT LENSES

If you are scheduled for an appointment in our optical department, please allow our opticians to escort you to a designated area to try on and place any frames you have touched on the appropriate table or tray. These frames will then be disinfected using our new UV based germicidal machine. If you are scheduled for an eyewear dispense or contact lens pick up and would prefer to pick them up without coming in, please call us at 206.624.3937 and we will run them out to you.

We are very excited to embrace this New Year with change and growth.

We are looking forward to our much awaited remodel, slated to happen this Spring. Also, we will be making some changes in our frame inventory selection, bringing in some new frame lines and phasing out some others. We are always trying to keep it fresh and on trend!
